You can choose one of their home designs or they will draw one up for your the way you want it. They will give you exactly what you ask for. My husband and I approached other builders to build our new home but no one could give us what we were looking for - a house to suit our needs. Home Builders Unlimited gave us just that! They were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process from start to finish. The house was built well within the time frame that was discussed at the start. Anytime we wanted to inspect the house or had any questions, they were just a phone call away. Products used were of good quality and we have had some compliments of the finished home.
